I hadn’t been on a spa break for years until my recent visit to the Titanic Spa, located near Huddersfield on the edge of the Pennines. What to expect? Would this be a relaxing weekend, or was it going to be more of a boot camp? What would the food be like and were portions going to be more healthy than satisfying?
